Introduction	Some days I think I'll just step off and it'll all be over- HA! not so easy Sam!!! Pushing 50 ain't easy, neither is getting out of bed some days. A long history of depression and anxiety (thanks mother) amongst some major catastrophes in the last 5 years have left some scarring but I'm determined to not come undone at the seams (at least not in public). Finding ME again, and being Me again is the mission.
