Introduction	New opportunities excite me. I'm inspired to live a life of passion and discovery. Though being vulnerable is still one of the most feared places to be. I'm pushing my edge and comfort zone with this. It's worth it because there is so much vitality in living life this way. After some transition, tears, support, self-reflection, and personal growth, I finally discovered my life purpose. My passions lie in connecting like-minded people, inspiring people to live fully, and embracing new experiences. I live my passion as a Life & movement Coach, and friend. Every time I teach is an opportunity to engage with, learn from, and be inspired by others. I believe everyone has limitless potential and I hope to assist others in discovering their own.
