Introduction	We're 23-year-old roommates living in the Washington DC metro area who love all things related to cooking, baking, politics and foreign affairs. Sarah is a Country Officer for Morocco, Yemen, Egypt and Tunisia at a nonprofit organization called the Education For Employment Foundation. She's the lead cook in the apartment, and her specialties include spaghetti, boeuf bourguignon, and anything involving wine & cheese. Her areas for improvement: baking and not making a mess while cooking. Sarah's favorite food is cheese (of all varieties). Random fact about Sarah: she knows way too much about Yemen. Rebecca is an Operations Associate/Executive Assistant at the Genocide Intervention Network/Save Darfur Coalition (don't ask her what that means, its far too complicated of a story). In the apartment, she's the lead baker. Her specialties include cupcakes, and incorporating liquor into baked goods. Her areas for improvement: being more adventurous while cooking, and gaining patience for cake decorating. Rebecca's favorite food is cupcakes.
