The Citizen Jane Film Festival seeks to tackle this gender divide by bringing the best of narrative, documentary, animation, experimental, and short films, all showcasing women behind and in front of the camera. Filmmakers and industry professionals come to share their films, discuss important issues, and host workshops. The festival celebrates and supports the voices of female artists as well as work that tackles important questions of representation, sexuality, and gender.
