Introduction	I am a retired TAFE cookery teacher, now writing the restaurant review for the Newcastle Herald Weekender magazine (NSW). I am married to Arthur and live on Lake Macquarie. We are planning to spend at least 3 months every year, travelling mainly in Europe and have just started to investigate home exchanges in order to do this.
