| Introduction | This is my third lifetime as a yogi, which is awesome because I can't think of anything better to be; that is, if you have to be SOMETHING. With 20 years of intensive yoga under my belt, I opened a yoga studio in 1993. It thrived for 15 years, after which I took a break. Now I offer in-depth yoga retreats (love fests) and I'm writing and traveling and making videos on a variety of subjects. I created this blog to share yoga tips and insights with you. | Favorite movies | I don't watch a lot of movies but when I do, I love a movie that makes me laugh, and I like watching foreign films, good dramas, love stories and a variety of documentaries. Right now I am more interested in making movies than watching them. |
| Favorite music | I love music that makes me dance. I used to listen to music all the time but now my favorite music is crickets, birds and frogs. |
| Favorite books | The Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, The Spiritual Teachings of Ramana Maharshi, The Perfume of Silence (Francis Lucille), A Beginner's Guide to Constructing The Universe... My favorite book is a blank book because I love to keep a journal to catch my inspirations and explorations and to sketch and design in. |
