Introduction	I am a recent graduate from Stellenbosch University and in possession of a BScAgric in Viticulture and Oenology. I am on a quest to discover things about wine, food and maybe myself as I ride the tides of life and find my way in the world. I live, eat, breathe wine and I am enthralled by every element of its production. Wine is to be shared, of course, and nothing goes better with that combination than food prepared with love and quality produce. Food is my next subject for investigation and I hope to enrich the lives of my loved ones with many a dinner party. My ithcy feet will take me on travels which I hope will flavour my wine and food experiences and I hope to document them all for any like minded winos/foodies/travelholics.
