Introduction	My name is Amanda Rae. I have some very well rounded interests with fitness being a major one. The fitness journey that I have been on has been a crazy one so far with a lot of ups and downs but I have yet to get to where I want to be. I am a family support worker/parent educator for my day job and career for right now. I love working with the kids and families that I see everyday, it is a true pleasure to me to help other people in need. Long term, I would love to become a fitness professional!

Favorite movies	I really like anything funny...who doesn't like a good laugh? :)
Favorite music	Music is communication from the soul and I am a fan of any music. Specifically, I like to listen to country and folk/pop music.

Because ducks are much cuter than choo-choos!
