Introduction	I'm Mama to an amazing little girl, Aine (pronounced ahn-yah, it's Gaelic), who loves Spiderman (we call him Spiceyman) and reading books. I have another girl on the way, Audrey. I want to live simply and organically and as a mindful person and mother. Being stuck on bed-rest, I've had plenty of time to think about the changes we can make as a family to become greener and healthier and created this blog to outline my plans and chronicle those changes.
