Introduction	I'm Sappho. I am an artist, musician, mom, partner, friend, recovering alcoholic, cook, tailor, launderer, gardener, estranged family member, audiophile, deacon, middle aged person who lives in the Midwest. My partner and I have four kids and assorted pets which keep us very busy.
Interests	Parenting, adoption, foster care, FASD, AA, recovery, democratic liberal politics, women's rights, feminism, gardening, good food, cooking, baking, making music, having fun, growing old but never quite growing up
Favorite books	Books on tape or CD. I always have a cassette or CD player running. Gives me motivation to complete household chores and exercise my brain at the same time.
