| Introduction | I'm retired from a job I loved, teaching high school. I still miss parts of that work, but I am enjoying retirement immensely. I have been married 46 years--to the same man! We have a daughter and a son who are both married to wonderful spouses whom I also love. As of September 1, we also have a beautiful granddaughter about whom we are absolutely nuts! I am a Christian and am fully committed to the journey of this life as a follower of Jesus--not that I follow perfectly, but I make following a lifetime effort. Now, at least you know the most important aspects of my life: family, faith and a few snippets concerning my everyday life. As I write more often, that "everyday" aspect should become much more evident. |
| Interests | Reading, grandparenting (a brand new interest!), volunteering at Community Hope Center, church work, and keeping up with friends. |
