| Introduction | Greetings everyone!! My name is Tabitha Burston, I'm currently in my last year of graduate school at Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO. I will receive my Masters of Arts Degree in Multidisciplinary Health Communication Studies in December. I received my Undergraduate Degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. I have a passion for food and nutrition and I strongly believe both go hand in hand when promoting a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to work as a registered dietitian and chef for an elementary school. I would also like to help develop a health and nutrition program for families as well. I have never done a blog before, but I feel this will be a great opportunity for me to try something new and to spread health and nutrition information to a broader audience. Overall, I truly enjoy helping people and I feel a career in the nutrition field will be the perfect opportunity to make others happy and healthy through good nutrition!
