Introduction	set forth a goal of making Northern New York aware of the Montessori Educational Method. Children learn rapidly in an environment that is stimulating and allows a child to have a sense of control and choices while completing self-correcting materials. Dr. Maria Montessori's method of engaging a child in a stimulating learning environment is a technique that worked in the early 1900's and continues to work today. After giving birth to our little girl, my husband and I began to research educational programs. The Montessori educational program best fit our beliefs and desires for our child. This is when I began my pathway of becoming a Montessori Primary Level Educator. My husband and I love the Montessori method of educating children. As a result, Coleman Montessori Center was opened in 2005.
