| Introduction | Temisan Tuedor holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has attended executive programs at IMD Singapore, Kellogg, Harvard, and INSEAD. With over 25 years of banking experience, Temisan has driven organizational growth through innovative financial solutions. As Executive Director at Unity Bank Plc (2015–2024), he achieved significant results: a 72% deposit increase in the South South/South East (2015–2017), and top rankings in deposit mobilization while heading the Southern Directorate (2018–2020). Leading the North (2021–2024), he grew deposits by 83%, excelling in loans and account acquisition. As Head of Revenue Franchise Business (2019–2024), Temisan expanded collections from ₦13.50 billion to ₦403 billion—a 2,885% growth. He previously held leadership roles at Skye Bank, Bank PHB, and Oceanic Bank.
