Introduction	Ok so, about me, I am a chemist that has just finished her Ph.D in wine chemistry and is currently working as a toxicoloist. I love chemistry but my second love (sometime first depending on the day) is cooking. I love baking things and decorating cakes and just being generally creative in the kitchen. I was given the Zumbo cookbook for my birthday this year and hopefully I will be able to document my adventures through this book right here on my blog. I'll also be writing about other projects that I do as well. The biggest thing that people are always wanting recipes and tips for are macarons so I will also share some of these with you. Enjoy!
