Interests Particularly interested and supportive of the creation of an aquatic complex in the City of Kingston, ON, containing many features, but particularly a 50m swimming pool and diving facilities (10m, 7.5m, and 5m towers, and 3m springboards) This facility would put place Kingston as a sport hub in Eastern Ontario, especially when the 4-ice surface Multiplex is completed this spring. These two facilities will set Kingston apart for active citizens as well as spectators. What Kingston will miss, after completion of the aquatic complex, is a field house having 6 lanes, an indoor tennis/badminton etc area, and a state-of-the-art fitness/health facility.
