| Introduction | I've recently acquired a degree in library studies, and am currently a children's librarian with DCPL. I also like archives and museum studies, and the only reason I'm not an academic librarian is that I was offered a children's services job first (plus the puppets are better). I have two cats (and would like more), love urban living, am a Canadian by upbringing and inclination (no offense to the US intended), love old-fashioned things but also modern technology, and I read constantly, and knit nearly as much, albeit rather slowly. |
