| Introduction | I am a single father of a six year old boy, which is what inspired this blog. As his lone caregiver, it is my duty to make sure he is well fed each day. It's a relatively new experience for me, as we've been together for just over a year, and it has been quite a learning experience. I wished there was a blog like this when I first started, and now a year in, I decided to start one to help others in a similar situation. I hope you enjoy it and I welcome the feedback. |
