| Introduction | I am a 35 year-old mother of one, in the slow process of divorce. I have found that what I had been taught about God and faith and religion did not bear up under my own life experiences. I was raised LDS, but left the church this past year. As I have left many of my friends outside the church have asked me about how Mormon's view things--from sex to guns and everything else you can think of. I realize there is a void there. People want to know, but maybe have no one they can look at and say "hey? Do mormons self flagellate?" So here I am! Ask and it shall be given you.
