Introduction	Hello and thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you will join me as we take control of our health and discover the amazing benefits of the pure, nutrient rich raw food God gave us. In sickness, I was exhausted and in a lot of pain most of the time and filled with much despair and depression because the doctors could not give me any hope of recovering because they had no idea what was wrong with me. I knew the answer to recovery was out there, I just had to find it. God put me on this earth for a purpose and I could not fulfill that purpose if I could not get out of bed! Finally, I took charge of my life and decided to investigate the condition of my own health. I knew I was onto something when I learned about the multitude of deadly chemicals we’re exposed to and ingest each day, causing us to be sick and diseased. Today I feel amazing. I don't always feel this amazing but life is so much better than it used to be. I no longer take medications and feel healthier and happier. I want to share what I have learned with others and give them hope for a future of health and happiness. Come, join me on this raw food journey!
