Introduction	I am 30 years old, married to my favorite person in this world, with two happy hound dogs at home. I work full-time as a physical therapist, and I am in school (again) for my doctorate degree. One day I want to expand my professional practice to include more of the things I love: yoga, meditation, teaching, holistic medicine. But for now, I want to make myself and others feel more nurtured, loved, and appreciated through natural methods of caring for the human body, mind and spirit.
