| Introduction | I grew up on a steady diet of Marvel & DC comic books, 2000AD, Scream magazine,Fighting Fantasy books,Tolkien, talking lions, Twilight Zone, weird cartoons and Dungeons & Dragons. I didn’t like music, just couldn’t relate to what i was hearing on the radio and the only song i liked was 19 by Paul Hardcastle and the complete works of Ugly Kid Joe. Dense jams. Then when i was 16 i discovered Black Flag and my life took a different turn. Wound up singing in some bands, talked plenty of shit, made fun of bands we played with and succesfully alienated everyone i ever met. Eighteen years later I'm all washed up so i decided to start this blog in an effort to blag free records and continue talking shit and alienating people. May the party never end! |
