Introduction	I am first and foremost a wife, mother and now a NaNa. My specialty is Trauma and ER. Over the past fourteen years I have tried different types of nursing and find that my heart belongs in Critical Care. I took on a new challenge a few years ago to create an ER Diversion program for the State of TN which has been a huge success.
