| Introduction | Blackbutt Biodiversity Haven is a private conservation property to the west of Uralla, NSW on Anaiwan country. The property is 580 hectares of predominantly Box Gum Grassy Woodland, much of which is under conservation agreement with the Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT). The conservation status was established in April 2021 and work is now underway to monitor the flora and fauna, make improvements to enhance the biodiversity and learn a lot along the way. The owners of Blackbutt acknowledge the Anaiwan people, who are the traditional custodians of this land and we pay our respects to the elders past, present and emerging. The owners also acknowledge the financial support provided by the BCT for the maintenance and improvement of the property.
