Introduction	My name is Sean. I am a 45 years old, happily married, and a proud father of 4. I am a pretty active individual with some bad habits to get a handle on. I am a 3rd degree black belt in Bushido Kai along with my son Sean Jr. who has Downs Syndrome. Along with training in martial arts, I instruct a kickboxercise class 2-3 times per week. I enjoy golfing, photography, and cooking good food. I enjoy eating good food even more than cooking it.
