IntroductionWe are the Cooper Family. We have seven young children. We adopted our two girls, Vivvy and Michelle, from Eastern Europe, saving them from life in a mental institution through an advocacy group called Reeces Rainbow: www.reecesrainbow.org Vivvy has cerebral palsy and Michelle is blind.
