| Introduction | I'm a firefighter/paramedic in suburban KCMO. I've been interested in trains and radios for as long as I can remember. I've worked on other model railroads, but never had my own, until now... at least I hope so. I've been a Tech Class Amateur Radio Operator for the last 14 years, and I'm finally getting around to upgrading (I hope). I'm also working on becoming more involved with Emergency Comms in the KC area. In addition to Trains and Radios, I spend my time on sci-fi and fantasy and the odd video game (Mass Effect rulz!, been play'n Halo since the days of Marathon, and Portal is most awesome!). In a former life I was an IT professional and computers have always been part of my life. |
