A country that borders it would be sensible. Except India. What with the border dispute and everything. Might find yourself in a bit of bother with that one... Wait a mo, that question is based on China being the other side of the world from the USA, requiring you to tunnel all the way through the planet, isn't it? How hideously America-centric!
