Introduction	I’m a third-year law student at the University of Virginia and am training for gymnastics competition with the University Gymnastics Club. I started gymnastics at age 23 when I made a bet with a roommate that I couldn’t learn an iron cross if I trained it for a year. A year later I won the bet and in the process decided that I genuinely enjoyed training for gymnastics, especially the rings. My current goal is to put together a rings routine for club-level competition in early 2009. Update: First meet is Feb. 28, 2009. Will have video.
