Introduction	Hi! I am a 43 year old woman of Italian and Syrian descent who lives in New York with her husband and 2 children. Can't forget Bruno our dog ;) This blog will be completely about me and my mission to make some major life style changes. My main focus will be losing some weight, firming up (physically and mentally )and becoming a positive and motivated person in all aspects of my life. If I can help just one person see a different way in life by not berating themselves, by living their dreams and by focusing on their positives and all the abundance there is out there for them then my mission will be accomplished.I am on a journey.... and the journey is all mine!
