Introduction	Hello Friend. I am someone who grew up as a caretaker. It's what I learned as a child and it was all I knew. Now I am a grown woman with a husband and 3 beautiful children. It's natural to still be a caretaker. But I am learning, very imperfectly, how to first care for myself. I am on a journey of discovery and recovery. Discovering who I really am at my core being and recovering from the damaging messages I received in my childhood. If you can relate at all, then please join me on this journey.
