Introduction | I was born to be and am a pilot. Airplanes have been the focus of my life since the time my father gave me the gift of an airplane ride at the age of five. I flew for Trans World Airlines, the creme de la creme of all the airlines for almost 35 years. Today I fly whenever possible in my 1946 Aeronca Champ and am an active Certified Instrument Flight Instructor and worked as well as a pilot for NetJets Aviation, Inc. flying the Hawker 1000 business jet. I was also one of the first US pilots checked out in the Russian Beriev 103 Snipe twin engine amphibian while it was based at Sky Manor Airport, (N40) Pittstown, New Jersey. |
Interests | I drive a 1998 Corvette six speed as my every day car. It currently (3/2012) has more than 240, 000 s-miles on it and I have enjoyed each and every one of them. |
