| Introduction | I have read many blogs, admired bloggers but never happened to start one of my own . With a huge passion in cooking & baking, I always ended up spending time in the kitchen doing the Cs - chopping, cutting, cooking, and cleaning. Above all, I'm a mother of two naughty active kids who demand the rest of my day.I'm a self taught cook, baker and loved everything about food. My journey in grain free cooking and baking began when we discovered our older one was gluten intolerant. Hailing from South India, we did not find it a big issue as we always lived on rice grains but after we moved to the USA, we could not resist ourselves from trying out those delicious baked treats displayed in every other grocery store. I was so tempted to try the gluten free version to satisfy my daughter's cravings. My recent interest in nutrition had given me an insight on the negatives of grains & sugar that thrived me to start venturing into grain free, refined sugar free baking by getting some help online.Finally, I found the necessity to blog my recipes to help my family and friends enjoy my food.
