| Introduction | Many of us live in the hope that before any decision is made about the PGCC project, the developer and our government officials will show respect to Penangites and to Penang by publishing all information relating to the project, including developers' plans, traffic studies, eco-assumptions and financial implications for the taxpayers (road scheme subsidies, etc etc). Full public discussion must be held with open and transparent planning. As it stands, PGCC looks like a monument to greed and money, and will have a terrible impact on Penang's future.
