| Introduction | I am a freelance illustrator and recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design living in Atlanta, Ga. I am interested in dark chocolate, monsters in B horror films, the supernatural, vintage clothing, transvestites, and loud, filthy rock and roll. My hobbies include writing and illustrating children's books, designing odd characters in my sketchbook, drawing caricatures of odd characters I meet on the street, painting rock stars, illegally breeding unicorns, phoenixes, and miniature dragons in my home, and riding around on Juniper, my own faithful Volkswagen unicorn. | Favorite movies | An American Werewolf in London is my absolute favorite. I also enjoy The Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, Legend, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Born To Boogie, This is Spinal Tap, and Coraline. |
| Favorite music | I'm a major Glam fan although I am supposed to be too young to know what Glam is. Favorites include: David Bowie, Cuddly Toys, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Lou Reed, Mick Ronson, Mott the Hoople, New York Dolls, Queen, Suede, Tyrannosaurus Rex and T.Rex. Sometimes I bear a disturbing resemblance to Marc Bolan even though I'm a chick, but I suppose if I have to look/sound/act like a dude at least it's a very pretty one. I do like some manlier things like AC/DC, Bob Dylan, The Darkness, James Brown, Led Zeppelin, Sex Pistols, Spinal Tap, Tom Petty, and some classic eighties like Billy Idol, The Cars, Oingo Boingo, REM and The Smiths. Then I don't know...Barenaked Ladies, Blur, Gorillaz, Rufus Wainwright, The Beatles? What moron doesn't like The Beatles, anyway? I will also mention that The Beets were my first favorite band ever because they were Doug Funnie's favorite band and Doug was an amazing show. That is all. |
