Introduction	I'm back! Now that graduate school doesn't own all of my free time anymore, I can get back to my blog. I recently went gluten free, and it's a fun challenge, making all of my old favorites sans wheat. You'll notice that after my blog hiatus I came back with exclusively gluten free recipes. Miss Piggy is still my favorite, as my apron in the picture above proves. I might talk about training a bit too - I'm hoping for a fun and healthy (now that my foot is nearly healed) triathlon season!
