Introduction	Hello and welcome to Boo Lee Scrumptious! I started decorating cakes as a hobby when I was eight. After learning new techniques at college I began my career at Freda’s Cakes in Harrow. Later I joined one of London’s top cake companies where I was Kitchen Manager for 6 years, making cakes for many famous people and tutoring TV presenter Declan Donnelly of Ant and Dec on the art of cake decorating.　　 I am extremely passionate about cake design and decoration and continually produce imaginative and innovative works of art. I am dedicated to helping others who share my passion. My designs are crafted at home, in my country kitchen in the Chiltern Hills of Buckinghamshire. With almost thirty years of experience I now want to share my wealth of knowledge with you through teaching and freelance projects . In addition to producing delicious imaginative cakes to order I can teach you the skills and tricks of the trade - even the most inexperienced cake decorators can learn how to create the most intricate designs.
