| Introduction | I have spent almost 12 years working in the field of non-government organizations. SPeKTRA, YSII, CIDA, WWF, and Cardno are some of the organizations I had worked with. Working with community is my passion since I was in my undergrad at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. I continued my study at UINAIR and work professionally in the area after my master. In order to elevate my knowledge, I went to University of Hawaii, USA, to study community planning and social policy. Then, I came back to Indonesia in 2013 and again worked in the area of community planning and monev. Now, I am living in Jeddah with my husband and working as a teacher in Indonesian School of Jeddah. |
