IntroductionHere's how we rate stuff: Five knuckles is the highest honor a sandwich, eatery, or any food entity can receive. But we need to put things in perspective. Let's say a diner gets five knuckles, and a fancy steakhouse also gets five knuckles. Does this mean you can get the same quality food at a diner that you can get a steakhouse? No: Shaquille O'neal may be a five-knuckle basketball player, but he can't play hockey. That being said, a diner is supposed to be shitty. So if we give a diner a five-knuckle rating, we're saying is that the place is as good as it can be. The scales are relative. The ratings are given within the context of a place. Does that make sense? Eat up, knuckleheads.
