| Introduction | I have a passing interest in matters of human biology etc. At one time I thought it advantageous to replace all my dietary fats with medium-chain triglycerides. I have come to my own realization why a paleo approach is about the best we have available at the moment. Better than accepting yet another diet approach blindly.
