| Introduction | Hey friends! My name's Pamela and I've always had this affinity for food. Growing up in NJ, my mother made a point of having freshly prepared family dinners each night. It wasn't until recently that I realized how special that truly was. Not many people take the time to gather round the table and enjoy what it means to be a family. I consider good food to be this conductor of joy and an entity that truly links us together, not just as families but also as people. Those who slave painstakingly in the fields and orchards make every bite you enjoy at your table possible. In a way, I feel everyday is Thanksgiving and therefore choose to live sustainably, kindly, and with fairness. I also reject the idea that people are limited in their enjoyment of food based simply on diet restrictions. That's why I find it important to offer gluten-free variations to all applicable recipes recipes. Sacrifice is a word I simply won’t accept in my kitchen. I may not be a pro but that’s not really what’s important. Cooking’s about creating; art, taste, joy, and maybe an awesome flour fight or two. So, ditch the packaged crap, grab an apron, and let’s have a blast! |
