| Introduction | Although I enjoy and have studied various cuisines, I am most connected to the flavors, textures and colors found in fusion foods --specifically South-East Asian, Pacific Island and Latin cuisines. I am inspired by these food's health benefits and community base (i.e. the way everyone shares responsibility, cooks and eats together). Most of all, I am grateful for how "the food exchange" has connected me so closely with the many extraordinary people in my life. |
