Introduction	Geoff and his partner live in Pukeoware where they breed sport horses. Geoff has a variety of involvement in the Franklin District. He is the President of the Franklin Agricultural and Pastoral Society, Chairman of the Franklin Arts, Culture and Learning Trust. He recently retired as Chairman of the Franklin Family Support Trust, however remains a member of the Board. Geoff is currently on secondment to Counties Manukau Health as the General Manager of the Franklin Locality Clinical Partnership. He retains his role as Senior Manager People and Culture, with ProCare, a primary care organisation in the greater Auckland region. He is their representative on the Integration Project in Franklin for the care of Older People. In the recent past Geoff has chaired the building of the Pukeoware Community Hall, facilitated the merger of i-Site Information centres; Business Franklin and then Enterprise Franklin into the then Enterprise Franklin Development Trust for which he was the inaugural chairman. He was a founding trustee of the Auckland Region Economic Development Association Inc.
