| Introduction | Iam a self taught cake decorator, its now been 7 years. The time does fly by. I am still passionate about cake decorating. I have a shop in Neoga Illinos. The town is a small rural town between two larger cities, where we draw most of our customer base. I have a fabulous crew. One amazing artist, Tana who has been with me for almost 4 years now. Tana is who keeps me sane in the insane day to day business crazyness. My husband Les is my strength, We have nicknamed him McGiver, because he figures out how to make things work. He manages to keep everything running smoothly. My sister Mickey is now on board to help with the mountain of papaerwork and to keep us on track. Yvonne is my decorator/baker, she does a great job. Lori has just come on board this summer as a baker and to fill in where ever we need her. Hope you enjoy being part of my journey. |
