Introduction	I've been told that I am a person who loves life...and I would have to agree with that summation. I like being a citizen of the world, in that I don't like to be physically limited to one address as my place of residence for too long (even though I am a Southern California girl at heart). I practice yoga, not just the asanas, but the meditative and spriritual aspects as well. I am a teacher, at the moment in Buenos Aires, but will soon be in China. I hope to someday to return to teaching high school in inner-city LA because I just recently figured out that that is my passion, even though it drives me insane at times. And, I am a student of life...I never want to stop learning.
Interests	Travel, writing, yoga and meditation, reading, dancing, singing, meeting new and interesting people, learning new languages, customs, cultures and humbling myself in the process...
Favorite movies	I like watching movies, I just don't have favorites.
Favorite music	Latin, jazz, hip hop, reggae, and fabulous female singers who play their own instruments (like India-Arie, Alicia Keys, Sara Bareilles, etc)
Favorite books	Seriously, you're asking an English teacher: I have too many to name because i basically will read anything and like it. But I have caught a recent interest in travel writing and historical fiction.
