Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I'd have to go out and buy one first ... dude, this is Australia, it never gets cold enough to THINK about BUYING a scarf, although I guess if I owned one I'd probably wear it around...
