Introduction	I'm 47 years old, remarried with a 3 year old, an 18 month old, a 13 and an 11 yr old I brought along for the ride. I've been a meat and potatoes guy my whole life. In April, 2010 I went cold Tofu and adopted a Vegan dietary lifestyle. Suffice it to say, I wasn't sure (still not) why I was doing it, or if I could. This blog is my account of how (why) I'm doing it, what I am discovering, how crabby I get when my neighbors are grilling, what my family, friends, coworkers think, and other survival techniques.
