| Introduction | My name is John Wilson. I am a pastor, teacher, writer, life purpose coach and expert in all things relating to franchise business (I am a consultant within the industry.) Over the last 6 years I have been sending out a “not-so-regular”, usually 1 page, narrative on my thoughts on small business, franchising and personal and relevant faith in the world today. My Out of My's... are followed by a sub-title. These thoughts were then and are now my own. Admittedly however they have been formed by reading, watching, listening, observing and gleaning from others. That is how we grow though isn’t it?
