| Introduction | Since this is my first attempt at blogging, seems the proper thing to do is introduce myself. My name is Le'Anne, and I have lived with Generalized Anxiety Disorder/Panic Disorder for twenty-two years. I have been very hesitant to try blogging, simply because I don't want to do or say anything that might hurt someone else's feelings, but I have decided that I just might be able to give advice on the things I have gone through, helping someone else in the process. I know that what helps me the most, and what is most important, is being surrounded by people who understand what I am going through. If there is anyone that has questions, I can give you my experiences :) and lend a hug when needed for support! |
