| Introduction | I am an Air Force Veteran. I also live in chronic pain. I did alot of research into what none medication related things can help people who live in chronic pain. I found a great artcile about using art to help cope with chronic pain and the depression that goes with it. I must admit i was surprised to find it helps. |
